Mumbai: The number of corona infections that have increased day by day in Maharashtra is making everyone wonder. In view of the increasing cases day by day, the strictness has also intensified. Considering the recently released report, 25,681 people have been infected with a corona in the last 24 hours. At the same time, 70 people have also died. There were 25,833 new cases in the state last Thursday. This is being called the highest ever figure in a day. The economic capital is in the most affected cities from Mumbai corona. According to information received, 3062 new cases have been reported in the city in a day last year, the highest in a day since the epidemic began last year. After the new cases, the total number of infections has increased to 355897. As per information received, a total of 2422021 people have been infected with a corona in Maharashtra so far. It is said that out of these, 2189965 people have been cured and 53,208 people have died. 177560 people are currently undergoing treatment. On the other hand, amid rising corona cases, Chief minister Uddhav Thackeray said yesterday that 'lockdown is an option but he is confident that people will abide by the rules.' In addition, he also said, "When the epidemic started last year, there was nothing to fight the virus, but now at least we have vaccines as a shield." Now, the priority is to ensure that everybody is vaccinated. People should come forward to take the vaccine. He said the central government has assured that there will be no shortage of vaccines. At the same time, the Maharashtra government has also said, "by 31st March, theatres and auditoriums should operate with 50 percent capacity.''
