New Delhi: After the beginning of this Year, the corona epidemic seems to show some relief, but the growing infection has put everyone in concern. The Union Health Ministry reported on Friday morning that 39,726 new corona cases have been registered across the country in the last 24 hours. This is the highest number of cases recorded in a day in this year.

The ministry also said that 20,654 recovery and 154 lives have been lost in the last 24 hours. A total of 1 crore, 15 lakh, 14,331 cases of corona have been reported in the country so far. Out of these, 1,10,83,679 people have been recovered so far. At present, a total of 2,71,282 cases are active in the country, and 1,59,370 people have lost their lives so far. On Friday, 39,726 new cases were reported, the highest in the last 110 days. Earlier, 41,810 new cases were registered in 24 hours on November 29. In the country's capital, 607 new cases were registered in 24 hours on Thursday. 716 new cases have been registered here by Friday evening.

On the 63rd day of vaccination, India performed brilliantly and crossed the 4 crore vaccination mark. As of 7 p.m. Friday, 18.16 lakh vaccines were introduced throughout the day. With this, the number of vaccinations in the country crossed 4 crores.
