The PM said that on the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the Sports Ministry will organize a 'Fit India Plagging Run' across the country. The PM appealed to the people of the country to participate in it and pick up the garbage lying on the way. The PM, in his address to the 'Mann Ki Baat' program aired on AIR, said, "Under the Fit India Plogging Run, the program of two km jogging race is going to be held across the country on October 2."
