In this, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, one of the successful captains of India, is very famous all over the world for his fitness. Then whether it is to run after the wicket or run between the wickets. However, the secret of Dhoni's fitness is workout and diet. Right now, even though Dhoni is away from the cricket field, he does workouts daily. Dhoni believes that to be healthy, exercise should be done regularly. Mahendra Singh Dhoni also follows this rule and works out for hours every day. This is why Dhoni remains so fit even today. When in 2006 he was asked about fitness during an interview. So he said in his statement that he does not like going to the gym and he rarely exercises the gym.

In exchange for gym exercises, he does a number of exercises which help strengthen his reflexes, stamina and footwork, which are very essential on the cricket field. However, on the cricket field, he is seen working out with fellow players, in which he is sometimes seen running and playing football. During this, he is seen doing V grip pull down, dumbbell chest press, one leg deadlift exercises.
