Kolkata: Today the whole nation celebrated the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, a freedom fighter and founder of Azad Hind Fauj. Mamata Banerjee of West Bengal is marching on foot in Kolkata on the occasion. During her Padyatra, Mamata addressed the workers from the forum. She also asked the central government a number of questions. She demanded that Netaji's birth anniversary be declared a public holiday on this day. While addressing a rally, Mamata Banerjee will also question the centre over being the only capital of the country. Mamata of West Bengal said that there should be four capitals in the country. Speaking on the occasion of Netaji's 125 birth anniversary, she said, "I believe there should be 4 capitals in India. The British ruled the entire country from Kolkata. Why should there be only one capital in our country? ' Earlier, Mamata said that today the entire country is celebrating 'Deshnayak Diwas'. Rabindranath Tagore called Netaji a 'Deshnayak'. But what is this 'Parakram'?" she said, adding that when Netaji formed the Azad Hind Hordes, he had included many people from the state of Gujarat, Bengal, Tamil Nadu.
