Mango ice cream recipe!!!

Ingredients

Heavy whipping cream – 2 to 2.25 cups Alphonso mangoes – 2 large Vanilla powder – 1.5 teaspoon

OR

Vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon Sugar – ½ cup

Method

Peel the mangoes and chopped them into pieces In a bowl add the mangoes, vanilla powder or extract and sugar and blend to a smooth pulp. In another bowl, whipped the cream really well. Then add the mango pulp to the whip cream and fold and mix well. Pour in a container and cover and freeze Remove after 2 hours and whip again. Pour in container again and freeze till set completely. Scoop and serve.
