Bhopal: A cabinet meeting was held on Thursday under the chairmanship of Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan. The proposal of the Home Department, Department of Women and Child Development was approved in the meeting. Home Minister and government spokesperson Narottam Mishra informed the Cabinet that a 50-bed police hospital will come up at Bhadbhada. For this, the amount for furniture, medical equipment and posts has been approved by the Cabinet today. In addition, Home Minister Narottam Mishra said that the Cabinet has also approved a grant of 25,000 rupees in two instalments for admission of Ladli Laxmi Yojana-2 Ladlis in the college. Home Minister Narottam Mishra said that 42 lakh 14 thousand Ladlis are registered in the state. Of these, 1,500 daughters will be in college this year. They will be given Rs 12.50,000 in the first instalment upon admission to the college and Rs 12.50,000 on completion of their studies. Along with this, the Cabinet has also decided to provide special financial assistance to furniture and toy units under the MSME Development Policy-2021.
