March is the month of festivals, know the complete list of festivals

At present, the bright side of the month of Falgun is going on and the month of March is also going to begin. So many important fasts and festivals are going to be held in this month and the festival starts from 6th of March. This day is Ekadashi. Now today we have brought the list of all the festivals in March -2020. 

March 6 (Friday): It is the day of Ekadashi of Shukla Paksha of Phalgun month and this Ekadashi is known as Amalaki Ekadashi. It is said that there is a tradition of worshiping Lord Vishnu in Ekadashi.

March 7 (Saturday): This day is Trayodashi Tithi and on every day Trayodashi of both sides comes Pradosh Vrat which has the tradition of worshiping Lord Shiva. Let everyone tell you that this time Pradosha fast is going to fall on Saturday.

March 9 (Monday): Let us tell you that it is the full moon day of the month of Falgun and on this day it is a tradition of Holika Holika Dahan.

10 March (Tuesday): Festival of colors Holi festival will be celebrated on this day and from this day the new year of the Hindi calendar will also begin.

March 12 (Thursday): This is the Chaturthi date of the Krishna Paksha of Chaitra and is also called Sankashti Chaturthi.

March 13 (Friday): Holi festival lasts for five days and that is why it is called Rang Panchami.

March 16 (Monday): This will be the Ashtami day of the Krishna Paksha of Chaitra and on this day, Sheetla Ashtami will be fasted. Along with this, fasting is done on both Saptami and Ashtami to get the blessings of Mother Sheetla.

March 19 (Thursday): This will be the day of Ekadashi of the Shukla Paksha of Chaitra month and is called Papamochani Ekadashi.

March 21 (Saturday): Pradosh Vrat of Trayodashi Tithi of Chaitra month will be celebrated on March 21 this time.

March 25 (Wednesday): Chaitra Navratri begins on this day and nine forms of mother power are worshiped from this day to the next nine days.
