Ingredients for making chilli pickle-  Banarasi red chilli 250 g A quarter bowl of rye grinded crushed minimally to taste Two tsp red chilli powder One teaspoon of turmeric Two pinch heeng A quarter bowl of fennel grinded Two lemon juice or 1/2 tsp citric acid Mustard oil as per requirement

Method of making chilli pickle- First of all, wipe the red chilli with a wet cloth and separate the stalk. After that, cut the middle of the chilli with a knife. Now after this, add rye, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, asafoetida, fennel and lemon juice in a large bowl and mix well. Now after adding the spices, fill the spices in the chilli. After this, place the oil in a pan on medium heat to heat up. Now when the oil is hot, turn off the heat and leave the oil to cool down a little. Now fill the prepared chilli pickle in the jar. Then add the oil to the jar from the top. Keep in mind that finally, after keeping this pickle in the sun for 4-5 days, the pickle of red chilli will be ready.
