It is summer season and in this season people make chips and papad. In such a situation, today we are going to tell you the method of this which you can easily make at home. Let's know about it.

Ingredients for making papad-

1/2 cup sattu
1 cup refined oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1 pinch turmeric
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 cup besan
1/4 tsp garlic paste.

Method of making papad- First of all, take a deep bowl and add sattu, gram flour, chili powder, carom seeds, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric and salt. After that add water to the mixture and knead a smooth dough. Divide the dough into small equal sized portions. Now after that with the help of rolling pin, roll the pieces of dough into round shape. Take your papad is ready. Now put oil in a pan, heat refined oil on medium heat and add the prepared papads in it. After this, deep fry the papad till it becomes crispy. Now take it out on a tissue so that the excess oil gets removed. Serve hot or store.
