Handicapped girl rape victim gets justice, Mirzapur court will give verdict in 40 days

New Delhi: Often the life of a victim fighting for justice passes in court and the verdict does not come, but the special judge accused of raping a 6-year-old handicapped girl (unable to speak) in Mirzapur only 40 days after the incident I gave the decision On 7 January 2021 in Mirzapur, accused Rakesh Yadav, a resident of Judea village in Mana Garhwa forest under Madihan police station area, took the 6-year-old girl to the dock while playing.

After this, the victim's mother filed a complaint against Rakesh. After this, the girl underwent a medical examination and due to being deaf, statements were recorded through experts. Due to the matter being very serious, quick action started in the court, and justice was given to the victim in just 40 days. The prosecution also presented a total of 10 witnesses, including the victim, parents, experts, doctors, discriminators, in such a short time, in quick defense of the case.

Mirzapur Special Judge Pocso Act/Additional Sessions Judge Achchhe Lal Saroj's Court delivered this historic verdict. After convicting the accused Rakesh, he has given a fine of one lakh rupees with life imprisonment. This amount will be given to the victim. If the accused does not give this amount then he will have to face additional punishment of two years.
