Birthday Special: Mrunal Thakur made splash from TV to Bollywood

Today is the birthday of Mrunal Thakur, who made his debut in the TV industry. Mrunal is celebrating his 29th birthday today. Mrunal started her acting journey at the age of 16 with the Star Plus show 'Mujhe Kuch Kahti Hai Khamoshiyaan.' After the show, she became a household name by playing the role of Bulbul in Ekta Kapoor's popular TV show 'Kumkum Bhagya.' Even today, people know Mrunal as Bulbul. However, after working on several TV shows, Mrunal made his Bollywood debut and first made his Bollywood debut with Tabrez Noorani's 'Love Sonia.'

 

 

The film was made on women trafficking and shared screen space with Frieda Pinto, Demi Moore in the film. Her work in the film was much appreciated and after this film, the actress revealed why she choose the film for her debut. In fact, she wanted to show off her acting skills. In fact, Mrunal considered it to be the best opportunity to get opportunities for film auditions. After that, the actress gave several auditions for films and was told several times that she could not make it to Bollywood as she seems to be a television actress.

Mrunal, however, got popular when she worked with Hrithik Roshan in the film 'Super 30.' The actress managed to grab everyone's attention through this film. She also starred in Netflix's horror anthropology 'Ghost Stories' after the film. She was last seen in the role of Dr. Ananya Prabhu in Farhan Akhtar's 'Toofaan.'
