Sumaiya Rana says We will not let them implement CAA and NRC under any circumstances

Kolkata: As soon as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) lashed out at West Bengal to implement the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and the National Citizenship Register (NRC), the camp opposing it has also become active. Sumaiya Rana, daughter of well-known poet Munawar Rana, has said that CAA and NRC will not be allowed to be implemented under any circumstances.

Sumaiya has said that the movement was postponed due to the Corona epidemic. But now we will do more mass agitation against CAA and NRC. She has said that the statement coming from the BJP leaders that the corona is over and the CAA and NRC will be implemented now.

Sumaiya further said that if they had not implemented CAA and NRC because it was Corona, then our movement was also stopped due to the epidemic. We had stopped the movement for the benefit of the country and the public, till the outbreak of the epidemic is going on. She said that "I want to say clearly that CAA, NRC is not made for this country". Sumaiya said that CAA and NRC will not be allowed to be implemented under any circumstances.
