Dhaka: Bangladesh wicketkeeper-batsman Mushfiqur Rahim has refused to go to Pakistan for T20, ODI and Test series against Pakistan. The team officer has given information about this on Thursday. Chief selector Minhajul Abedin told the media that, "Mushfiqur has called me today and told me that he will not go to Pakistan. We are now waiting for his formal letter. After getting the letter we will exclude him from the series." Bangladesh have to play three T20s, one ODI and two Test matches during the Pakistan tour from January to April. Mushfiqur Rahim's absence from the team is a big setback for Bangladesh as Shakib Al Hasan is already out of the team. After Shakib, Mushfiqur's withdrawal from the team will make Bangladesh very weak. Pakistan has included former captain Shoaib Malik and all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez for the three-match T20 series against Bangladesh starting January 24. Along with this, Pakistan national selectors have given a place in the team to fast bowler Haris Rauf, who has sensationalized his bowling in the Big Bash League.
