New Delhi: The 20th day of hearing in the constitution Bench of the Supreme Court regarding the Ayodhya Ram Temple and Babri Masjid case will be held today. Even today, there will be an ongoing debate by senior advocate Rajiv Dhawan from the Muslim side. On the 19th day hearing on Wednesday, lawyer Rajiv Dhawan said that Nirmohi Akhara used to worship in a part of the disputed land. A part of the land has the right to worship in the Nirmohi Akhara. The judges who heard Rajiv Dhawan's appeal in the case had raised many questions. The first question was asked by Justice DY Chandrachud that "if a part of the land has the right to worship the Nirmohi Akhara then the deity also gets the right and the deity can have the right over the entire land. The deity has more rights than the right to worship. While giving no concrete answer to this matter, Rajiv Dhawan said that the question is which part of the land should be given to people for worship. Justice Abdul Nazeer again questioned whether you had any objection to the right to worship in Nirmohi Akhara. To this Dhawan replied that "He has no objection". Justice Ashok Bhushan said that you are assuming that both the temple and the mosque were located together on the disputed land. Dhawan again explained that there is actually an outer part of the mosque where Ram Chabutara was located. There was a door in front of Ram Chabutra, from where people used to go to offer prayers in the mosque. The Nirmohi Akhara has the right to worship there, which is part of the Ram Chabutra, but the entire disputed land is not to be owned.
