A case from Lucknow has come to light in which a girl was raped by a man under the pretext of marriage. The young man trapped the girl in a live trap and took her to Kanpur and had her converted there. Following the protest from the girl, the accused took her hostage and raped her for a month. Police recovered the girl from Kanpur and arrested the accused after receiving a complaint from the victim’s father. ADCP Chiranjeevi Nath Sinha said that the accused Ziauddin Siddiqui is originally from Banda. The accused is a Class IV employee in a bank in Charbagh, Lucknow. There he met a girl student. Ziauddin had helped the girl student to open her bank account. After this took her number, then the conversation between the two started. Recently the young man was transferred to Akbarpur. After that, he promised to marry her. The victim alleges that Ziauddin took her to Kanpur and forced her to convert there. On protest, raped her by taking her hostage. Used to chant namaz in Hindi The girl's father filed a case against Ziauddin at Naka Kotwali. After this, the police reached Kanpur and recovered the girl. On Friday, Ziauddin was caught near Charbagh metro station. The victim told the police that the accused used to get Namaz offered in Hindi. He also used to beat up for not offering Namaz.
