A horrifying rape case has come to the surface in which a BTech student was raped in a moving car in the Jaisinghpur Kotwali area in Sultanpur, UP, the accused threw her on the banks of the canal and fled the scene. Police are currently investigating the matter. According to the information, the BTech student studying in a technical institute attached to Jaisinghpur Kotwali in Sultanpur district was returning home on Friday evening when she was kidnapped.
The girl was searching for a ride to go home, however, was unable to considering it was dark. Meanwhile, she asked for a lift when a Bolero Vehicle finally stopped. The driver let her sit in the car, however, raped her on the way and then threw her body on the bank of the canal. The victim somehow got home and narrated the whole ordeal to her family. The relatives, who reached Jaisinghpur police station on Saturday, filed a complaint to the police and demanded to register a case. The incident has created a sensation in the area.

Police are questioning the local people about the place where the girl sat in the car and the place she was thrown out of it. Circle Officer Jaisinghpur Prashant Singh said that the incident is being told during the rain last night. On the basis of the spot, an investigation is being done into the whole matter. Action will be taken to register a case on the basis of the evidence related to the incident. The matter has been taken seriously.
It is being told that the police sent the girl for a medical examination and have started investigating the matter. The police also scanned the CCTV footage of the nearby area to get information about the vehicle and its driver. Police officials say that a serious investigation is being done in this case and soon the accused will be caught.
