According to NCRB report "Accidental Death and Suicide in India 2019", about 1.39 lakh people have committed suicide in 2019, out of which 93,061 were young adults. Whether Sushant's death was suicide or not, it will be clear only after completion of the investigation. But his death shook the whole country.

On August 23, the CBI team conducted a dummy test of Sushant's execution for the investigation. If it is revealed in the investigation of Sushant's death that the actor committed suicide by hanging himself, then his name will also be included in the list of many famous people who have sacrificed their lives themselves. These include actress Jia Khan, who was found dead in her house in 2013.
