Birth Anniversary: PM Modi pays tribute to Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, know his patriotic contribution!

Today, the founder of the Jan Sangh, Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee's birth anniversary. On 6th July 1901, Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee was born into a prestigious family in Kolkata. On the occasion of the jubilee, BJP is holding various programmes across the country. Several ministers and leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, paid homage to him on this special occasion.

On this special occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid homage to Jan Sangh founder Shyama Prasad Mukherjee on his 118th birth anniversary and said his contribution to national unity will always be remembered. PM Modi described Shyama Prasad Mukherjee as a great academician and a bright nationalist thinker.

In a series of tweets, the Prime Minister also posted a video on Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee was given a 100-cent salute on his birth anniversary. Their contribution to national unity and integrity will always be remembered.

According to media reports, Home Minister Amit Shah also said that Dr Singh's visit to the country is a "deep-watering" report. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee remembered on her birth anniversary. He wrote that Dr.Shyama Prasad Mukherjee is a unique symbol of patriotism, sacrifice and dedication. His whole life was devoted to the unity and integrity of India.

He laid down his life in order to abolish the permit rule from Kashmir and to keep him an integral part of India. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee served as Minister of Industry and Supply in the Jawaharlal Nehru Cabinet.
