Seoni: (Report of Rajkishore Pathak) For the smooth conduct of the three-tier Panchayat General Elections 2022, a review meeting of the Sector Officers of District Panchayat Barghat was held in the Collector's Meeting Hall yesterday.
During the meeting, he discussed with each sector officer and enquired about the status of polling stations in his area. He gave necessary directions to all the sector officers to set up all-weather polling stations as per the intention of the Election Commission. He directed the officers to provide provision of 2 doors, power system, approach road and other basic amenities in all the stations as per the directions of the Commission. He has directed to ensure that necessary arrangements, including their stay, keeping in view the convenience of women polling personnel.
