Mumbai: Mumbai Police's SIT and NCB vigilance team are constantly investigating the Aryan Khan drugs case. During the investigation, there is evidence that Kiran Gosavi and his team had formed a tremendous two-wheeled maze. The maze in which Aryan Khan and his associates were implicated and planned to recover Rs 25 crore. As part of the conspiracy, Sunil Patil, Kiran Gosavi and Manish Bhanushali had planned to detain Aryan and his friends by reporting a rave party on the cruise to NCB and raiding there and also to recover Rs 25 crore from Shah Rukh Khan by calling himself an NCB officer. The plan was also to take crores of rupees in the name of protecting him from NCB if this does not happen. Earlier, the gang could succeed in its mission, NCB officials showed the arrest of 8 people, including Aryan, in the first batch. That was why Kiran Gosavi and his company had to return an instalment of Rs 50 lakh. In fact, according to the plan, Kiran Gosavi had signed a deal with Pooja Dadlani for Rs 18 crore in the name of releasing Aryan Khan from being caught during the raid and had also taken the first instalment of Rs 50 lakh at Haji Ali Chowk on the 3rd, out of which Rs 25 lakh was sent to Sunil Patil through hawala, But Kiran's selfie with Aryan failed the plan and Sunil Patil returned Rs 25 lakh and Kiran Gosavi had escaped with the remaining Rs 25 lakh. According to NCB sources, the mastermind of the plot is Sunil Patil, who sat in Ahmedabad and hatched the plot. Sunil Patil had taken Kiran Gosavi and Manish Bhanushali with him to carry out the event. The trio of the three had been collecting information about Aryan long before the raid. During the investigation so far, the vigilance team of NCB has recorded the statements of more than 16 people, while the statements of Manish Bhanushali and Prabhakar Sail in the case will be recorded at the NCB office in Delhi. The vigilance team of the NCB has already clarified that Kiran Gosavi will be questioned in Yerawada jail.
