Thiruvananthapuram: The new Motor Vehicles Act has come into force across the country from September 1. This law provides for heavy fines if found in violation of the rules. Many opposition-ruled states have opposed the law and have banned its implementation in their state. The latest name Kerala has been added to this list. However, this has not stopped here until now.
