Neymar loses bonus suit against Barcelona, will have to pay 57 crores

Brazilian star footballer Neymar has lost a bonus suit against his former club Barcelona. A Spanish court has asked the PSG footballer to pay Rs 57 crore ($ 7.5 million) to Barcelona. In 2017, Neymar left Barcelona and joined Paris Saint Germain (PSG) with an amount of about Rs 1753 crore ($ 262 million).

However, he became the most expensive footballer in the world. Neymar sued Barcelona for a bonus of around 367 crore rupees (43 million euros). In this regard, he said that in 2016, while joining Barcelona, he also had an agreement to give about 546 crore rupees (64 million euros) as bonus.
