Now the NIA has challenged the matter in the apex court, the matter is to be heard in the Supreme Court on Tuesday.

On May 27, during the hearing of Bhima Koregaon violence case, the Delhi High Court had said that the NIA has made haste to move the accused social activist Gautam Navlakha from Delhi to Mumbai, while the matter was under consideration. Recently, the special NIA court has sent Gautam Navlakha to judicial custody till 22 June. Earlier, Navlakha surrendered to the NIA in April due to lack of relief from the apex court.
