Additionally, Roshni Nadar Malhotra, chairperson of HCL Technologies, earns the 62nd spot, while Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, the executive chairperson and founder of Biocon Limited and Biocon Biologics Limited, is placed at 76. Topping the charts as the world's most powerful woman, Forbes designates Ursula von der Leyen of Belgium. The second position goes to Christine Lagarde, President of the European Central Bank, followed by US Secretary of State Kamala Harris at No. 3 and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni at No. 4. Among the esteemed individuals recognized by Forbes is American pop sensation Taylor Swift, securing the fifth position on the list of World’s Most Powerful Women for 2023.
