Nissan has unveiled the Arizon SUV design for international markets

Tokyo: The Nissan Arizon SUV concept for international markets was unveiled at the ongoing Auto Shanghai 2023. By offering software and AI-enhanced services, it aims to be a "multi-functional partner" and demonstrates the company's forward-thinking design philosophy.

The concept model, which is based on the CMF EV platform, has an impressive exterior design in addition to a roomy and modern cabin.

Nearly all automakers are introducing new battery electric vehicles and promoting the growth of charging infrastructure globally in response to the rising demand for green mobility solutions around the world.

With its Leaf, one of the first pure-electric vehicles, Nissan has been at the forefront of the electric revolution. The futuristic Arizon e-SUV concept has now been unveiled by the company.

The Nissan Arizon SUV concept features muscular body panels and adheres to the brand's futuristic design ethos. It has a squared-off wheel arch, designer wheels with aerodynamic covers, a clamshell hood, a closed-off grille, an angular front bumper, full-width headlamps, cameras in place of ORVMs, a raked windscreen, a sloping roof line and cameras in place of ORVMs.

Connected taillights and a spoiler mounted on the roof are added to the back end.

The Nissan Arizon SUV concept's interior design adheres to a minimalist aesthetic.It features a two-tone dashboard, wide rear bench seats, capacitive buttons on the centre console, ambient lighting, a yoke-style steering wheel, a glass roof, and a large single-pane screen for the infotainment system and instrument panel. The interior upholstery is made of sustainable materials.It will receive ADAS features.

Performance-wise, the Nissan Arizon SUV concept would most likely combine the company's e-4ORCE electric all-wheel-drive system with a dual electric motor setup. For the longest possible driving range, the motors will be connected to a sizable battery pack.

Nissan has used the Arizon SUV concept as a starting point for its upcoming electric SUVs at the ongoing Auto Shanghai 2023. The company's innovative all-electric technologies, like the e-4ORCE electric all-wheel-drive system, will enable the EVs based on the Arizon concept to navigate difficult terrain. Our opinion is that Nissan's e-SUVs have a bright future.
