No more need to waste leftover Chapati because you can make Paneer Kathi Roll with it

We all try not to waste food at all. But, what we should do about the leftovers Chapati in our kitchen. I have a best solution, you can make tasty paneer Kathi Roll with it. Read the recipe below:

Ingredients 200 g cubed Paneer  2 tbsp Greek yogurt  1 tsp red chilli powder  2 tsp chat masala 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp turmeric powder  1 tbsp oil  1 cup chopped onions  1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste  1 medium chopped tomato  2 tsp lemon juice  1 tbsp chopped coriander  1 tsp salt  1 tsp butter  1 cooked chapati  1 tbsp coriander chutney  1 pinch onion slices

Method:

1. Take the cubed paneer, Greek yoghurt, chilli powder, chat masala, garam masala and turmeric powder in a bowl and mix 2. Heat a pan, pour oil, then add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomatoes in it 3. Add the paneer-yogurt mix into the pan, then add lemon juice, chopped coriander and salt, mix well  4. Add butter in a separate flat pan and heat the cooked chapati in it 5. Spread coriander chutney on the chapati, then the cooked paneer, then the sliced onions 6. Squeeze a lemon on the paneer then sprinkle a pinch of chat masala 7. Roll the chapati with the filling into a roll
