Nokia and Idea complete first phase of DSR technology

Under the contract, Nokia has installed 5,500 TD-LTE Massive MIMO (state-of-the-art 4G technology) cells in the 2500 MHz spectrum band in 8 circles. These eight circles (service areas) are Mumbai, Kolkata, Gujarat, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh (East), Uttar Pradesh (West), Rest of Bengal and Andhra Pradesh.
