Amritsar district of Punjab recorded a minimum temperature of 7.8, while the maximum was recorded at 22.2 degrees Celsius. Muzaffarnagar was the coldest district in Uttar Pradesh. The minimum temperature in Lucknow was recorded at 13.1 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department has warned of fog in Punjab and Haryana for the next two days.
