Oscars here! The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences reveals the shortlists today. The nominations for the 93rd Academy Awards will be disclosed on March 15. The shortlists have almost nine categories for Oscars 2021. The nine categories include Documentary Feature, Documentary Short Subject, International Feature Film, Makeup and Hairstyling, Music (Original Score), Music (Original Song), Animated Short Film, Live Action Short Film and Visual Effects. Here is the shortlist of all the films the nominations list features with the categories mentioned above: Documentary Feature Members list their top 15 picks on a preferential ballot. The results then are compiled to create a shortlist of 15 contenders. All members are encouraged to then choose five choices that will, in turn, determine the five nominees.
