Myanmar: Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI is also training terrorist organizations in Myanmar. Its purpose is to try to confuse India in the other direction by promoting terrorism across the border. Dr. Siegfried O. Wolf, Research Director of the South Asia Democratic Forum in Brussels, says that the ISI may have a hand in giving terror training to 40 Rohingyas by Jamaat ul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB). He wants to create regional instability by giving shelter and money to terrorism and by making attacks in countries like Afghanistan and India. In 2016, JMB killed 22 people in a coffee shop in Dhaka. Most of them were foreigners. Due to the antics of this terrorist organization, Rohingya refugee camps in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh, near the border of Myanmar, have come under target of terrorist organizations. Bangladesh security expert Abdul Rashid says that in the past, extremist Rohingyas made some efforts. However, Bangladesh stopped them from carrying out terrorist activities. He said that Pakistan can try to destabilize India by helping terrorist organizations. Rashid also said that Bangladesh has been helping India in such cases, so that the conspiracies in North-East India can be stopped. He said that Pakistan is helping in the nefarious plan to destabilize India by supporting terrorist groups.
