'Priyam' actress Payal Ghosh has been promoting organ donation in recent times. Earlier this week, the actress pledged her organs and shared it on her social media pages. She said, "Save a life, pledge to donate your organs". Payal has said that mortgaging one's organs is only a declaration of intent and can be done in any hospital in the world with the consent of the family.
On Friday, she requested junior NTR, a co-star of her film 'Oservelli', to share the organ donation post, which he greatly admires. She wrote on Twitter, "It's my humble request. If Tarak as a role model to millions can come forward and support this initiative, then it will help the society to become a much better place to live,"
Bollywood actresses have also been in discussion to suggest that she has a painful memory. "Something that has been haunting me for the last 5 years, I want to talk about it, but my friends, my well-wishers, my family want them to forget the horror that happened to me. They say that I try even further. Keeps coming back,"she wrote on the micro-blogging network.
