Petrol and diesel prices fell again, know today's rates

New Delhi: Petrol and diesel prices fell by 12 to 14 paise in many cities of the country on Saturday, amid the fear of Coronavirus, worldwide oil prices fell. The country's capital Delhi saw a 12 paise fall in petrol prices on Saturday and the price of one liter of petrol in the city was reduced to Rs 71.02 per liter.

In Delhi, diesel is also being sold at a loss of 12 paise at Rs 63.69 per liter. A similar drop was observed in the prices of petrol and diesel in other metros. Due to fears of a decrease in demand due to the spread of Coronavirus infection in many countries of the world, oil prices reached a low level after 2017 on Friday. Due to this, it is expected that the price of petrol diesel will decrease further in the country.

The maximum decrease of 14 paise was recorded in the price of petrol in Mumbai. Here the price of one liter of petrol has come down to Rs 76.71 per liter. Diesel price in the city came down by Rs 13 to Rs 66.69 per liter. The petrol price in Kolkata has been reduced by 12 paise to Rs 73.70 per liter. Now to buy one liter of diesel in Kolkata, you will have to pay 12 paise per liter less than yesterday.
