Petrol has reached an all-time high of 88.14 RS per liter in Delhi, while in Mumbai it has reached Rs 94.64 per liter. At the same time, diesel has been hiked to Rs 78.38 in Delhi and Rs 85.32 per liter in Mumbai so far.
