Bangalore: PM Narendra Modi is going to visit the Yadgir and Kalaburagi districts of Karnataka on Thursday (December 19). During this, PM Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of various schemes worth more than Rs 10,800 crore in the state. Let us tell you that this will be the second visit of PM Modi to Karnataka this month. According to official information, PM Modi will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate various development projects related to irrigation, drinking water, and National Highways Development Project at Kodekal in Yadgir district at around 12 noon today. Modi will then reach Malkhed in Kalaburagi district at around 2.15 pm, where he will distribute ownership rights (Hakku Patra) to eligible beneficiaries of the recently announced revenue villages and also lay the foundation stone of a national highway project. The ruling BJP in Karnataka is gearing up for the May assembly polls and has set a target of winning at least 150 seats out of the total 224.
