Prime Minister Narendra Modi has begun his third term by announcing the key roles and responsibilities of his cabinet ministers. This came just a day after their swearing-in ceremony.
 
Swearing-In Ceremony and Key Appointments
On Sunday, the President of India, Droupadi Murmu, officially appointed Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister. The swearing-in event marked the start of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government. The new administration includes 30 cabinet ministers, 36 ministers of state (MoS), and 5 ministers of state with independent charges from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its allies.
