PM Modi inaugurated three new labs, says, 'Will get strength in the war against Corona'

New Delhi: The country is currently battling the Coronavirus badly and efforts are being made to continuously strengthen the health services infrastructure to win this war. In this series, PM Modi inaugurated the high throughput lab for corona testing in three different cities today. These laboratories are in Noida, Mumbai and Kolkata. PM Modi in lab has been inaugurated through video conferencing. Every day more than 10 thousand samples will be tested in these labs.

These labs will help in increasing the corona testing capacity in the country, so that at the time of infection, identification and treatment will be possible. These labs have been constructed by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). It will take less time for testing in these labs. In these laboratories, apart from corona, other diseases will also be investigated. After the epidemic, these laboratories can be used for testing of diseases like Hepatitis B and C, HIV, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Cytomegalovirus, Chlamydia, Neisseria and Dengue.

During this, PM Modi said that, crores of citizens of the country are fighting the Corona Mahasankot with great bravery. Today's state-of-the-art testing facility has been launched, which will give more power to West Bengal, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh in the fight against Corona.
