New Delhi: Amidst the rising pace of Corona epidemic in the country, PM Narendra Modi will hold discussions with the Chief Ministers of all the states of the country on Tuesday and Wednesday. This discussion will start from 3 o'clock in the afternoon, in which today CMs of 21 states will be included. During this time, there is a demand of many states that further relaxation in lockdown should be done and the rate of testing should be increased. Prior to this conversation, Karnataka CM BS Yeddyurappa said that we will demand further relaxation in lockdown from PM Modi tomorrow. He said that there is no plan to increase the lockdown, even on weekends, lockdown will not be imposed. However, government sources say that the main focus in the meetings with the Chief Ministers will be on the districts where Corona has more influence. Earlier on Saturday, PM Modi reviewed the availability of beds and medical infrastructure up to the district level. In states where more cases are coming up, emphasis will be laid on improving the medical system. PM Modi has also insisted on following social distancing and corona protocol. It is being told that during the meeting of Chief Ministers, the problem of testing kits and migrant workers can be discussed. During this time, there will be a discussion on employment and economic issues.
