Visakhapatnam: The Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly session has started amid the Corona epidemic. State Governor Vishwabhushan Harichandan has read his address through video conferencing from Raj Bhavan. MLAs and Legislative Council members reached the House of Assembly and participated.

Finance Minister B Rajendranath will present the full budget for 2020-21. The budget will be presented in the Legislative Council on 18 June.
