By the way, the Home Ministry has issued a detailed guideline for workers, students and pilgrims stranded in religious pilgrimage in their recent instructions, but it had instructions to travel by buses. Some state governments including Bihar have demanded special train. In the same way today a special train for laborers has left for Jharkhand from Telangana. The Ministry of Home Affairs has given permission to run special trains for students and migrant laborers stranded in other states.
