Make tasty Poha Chivda Namkeen recipe at home

This Indian snack is most popular, there will be no house in India where guests are not fed salty snack. Today we bring you recipe to make delicious Poha Chivda Namkeen . Let's know the recipe. 

Necessary ingredients :

Poha - 200 grams Peanuts - 150 grams Dry Coconut - 50-100g (finely chopped) Oil - 2-3 tablespoons Green chili - 2 (finely chopped) Turmeric Powder - ½ teaspoon Salt - as per taste Curry leaves - 10-12 Boora sugar - 2 tsp Raisins - 50-100g Cashew - 50 - 100 gms Almonds - 50-100 grams

Method of preparation: Place the pan on the gas to heat it, then add poha to it and roast it. When the poha starts to roast, its color will also change and it will crisp, then remove it from the gas. It will take 4-5 minutes to prepare. Add 2 teaspoons of oil in the pan and when the oil is slightly hot then fry it by adding peanuts, you can roast peanuts like poha without oil. Roasting or roasting peanuts improves their taste. Now fry the coconut slightly like a peanut or roast it. Now put 1/2 or 1 teaspoon of oil in the pan and fry it by adding green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric and now add raisins, cashews and almonds and fry it well. Mix the pre-roasted poha, peanuts and coconut in the mixture you roast with turmeric in this pan. Add salt, chilli, brown sugar over it and mix it well. Fry all this mixture for 2-3 minutes while stirring in a pan. Your sourdough roasted Chivda Namkeen is ready. Let it cool for a few minutes, then fill it in an air tight container, you can keep it for 1 month, it will remain fresh, even after that you can eat it, but its taste decreases slightly.
