NEW DELHI: Since the removal of Section 370 of the Constitution from Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan has now suffered a severe blow to the United Nations. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has said in a statement on the ongoing tussle between India and Pakistan on the Kashmir issue, saying, "I have a clear view that human rights in Kashmir must be fully respected. And I am very clear that dialogue between India and Pakistan is an essential element to resolve the Kashmir problem," he said. The Joint Secretary-General has said that there is no need for any third party on the Kashmir issue. On Wednesday, the European Union imposed a hard-won crackdown on Pakistan over Jammu and Kashmir. Poland has taken a strong stand saying that terrorists in India come from Pakistan, not from the moon. Poland has said this in the UN Parliament.
