'Odd-Even scheme' is not a threat in Delhi, petition withdrawn

The petitioner has withdrawn the petition filed against the Delhi Government's Odd-Even Scheme in the National Green Tribunal. In one of its statements, the NGT said that this petition was not admissible. Please note that a petition was filed in NGT challenging the Kejriwal government's Odd-Even scheme on 16 September. Since then, there was doubt about its implementation. Now the Delhi government can implement it. In fact, recently, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced to implement the Odd-Even scheme from November 4 to 15. Kejriwal says that after the implementation of this scheme, it will help reduce pollution in Delhi.

What is the Odd-Even scheme: People will not be able to take the vehicles every day under the Odd-Even scheme on the roads. For example, if the registration number of your vehicle is 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, then you can bring your car on the road on the 5th, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15. If the last number of your car is 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, then you can take the vehicle on 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14  on the road.

In the press conference on Friday, CM Kejriwal claimed that 25 per cent of pollution in Delhi is over but despite this, we do not have to sit silently.
