Police lathi charge Jan Adhikar Party workers protesting against Bihar government

Patna: Supporters of Jan Adhikar Party( JAP) President Pappu Yadav clashed with police during organised by his party here on Sunday." Police lathi charge workers and used tear gas shells and water cannon. More than a dozen workers were injured in the stampede and lathicharge. Pappu Yadav himself was leading the rally.

According to media reports, the workers were trying to move towards the restricted area. Meanwhile, police personnel were stopping him. But the chant workers continued to move forward. Seeing the anger of the activists, the police first shed water, followed by tear gas. The jawans used lathicharge after the workers refused. Jap supremo Pappu Yadav, who was present on the occasion, said that there is no tax if there is no facility. No employment, no government.

He said that in the name of water logging in Patna, the government has done a scam of crores of rupees. 23 thousand crore rupees have been monitored. 23 thousand crore rupees were allocated to compensate the loss caused by water logging, where did those rupees disappear. He said that there has been a loss of 10 thousand crores. The loss of each family is in lakhs, but they are being given only six thousand rupees in the name of compensation.
