On Saturday evening at Argora police station area of the capital Ranchi, a young man entered a safe path at high speed before passing the President's carcade at around 5 o'clock. He was intoxicated. The traffic police caught him and handed him over to Argora police station. He neither wore a helmet nor did he have a license.

Argora police conducted her medical examination, in which the amount of alcohol in his blood was found. When the police asked for a driving license from Amit Kumar Sharma, he could not give it. He will be challaned under the MV Act sections in case of driving at high speed, driving in drunk conditions, helmet, driving without a license.
