In Punjab, some farmers tried to meet the famous actress Janhvi Kapoor, who was shooting the movie from January 11 in Bassi Pathana district of Fatehgarh Sahib on Wednesday. There was a demand from the farmers that Janhvi Kapoor should give her stand on three agricultural laws of the central government and farmers' performance. However, after the crew was assured, the farmers went back. When the director assured him that Janhvi Kapoor would say something on the farmer's performance, they went back. The shooting is going on. Wednesday is the 49 day of the farmers' protest. Earlier on Tuesday, the Apex court has banned the three laws from being implemented at present, as well as a committee for discussion between the farmers and the government. But the farmers are against the Committee framed by the Supreme Court and are demanding suspension of the laws. It is now to see what the government takes on it.
