Amritsar: Three people of the same family committed suicide in Dhariwal area of Gurdaspur district of Punjab. Those who died included husband and wife and their daughter. The bodies have been kept in the civil hospital of Gurdaspur for postmortem. Before dying, the trio went live on social media and claimed 9 people responsible for their deaths. It is being told that the family was troubled by heavy debts. According to the information, Naresh Kumar (42), Bharti Sharma (38) and his daughter Mansi (16), who live in Dhariwal, locked themselves in the room last night and ate sulfas tablets. Earlier, Bharti made a video. In this, he blamed his immediate brother and some other people for his death. According to the information, she is saying in the video that her brother himself has sent bullets of sulfas and has advised her to commit suicide. He said that even after this video, there is no hope of getting justice, but he wants people not to get caught in his clutches so that no other person has to take such a step like him. According to the information, Naresh Kumar used to sell sugarcane juice in Dhariwal city. Three family members did not even let their 18-year-old son know about this while eating sulfas. SSP Rajinder Singh Sohal reached the spot on the information of the incident. Son Kunal said in the complaint that accused Pradeep used to harass his family members for not giving money.
