Patna: A policeman from Bihar police has been arrested on charges of raping a woman policeman. The name of the accused soldier is Rajiv Kumar, who is currently posted in the police line of Saharsa district. The victim woman is also a soldier in the Bihar Police and her duty is in the women's battalion in Sasaram.
In this entire case, the husband of the woman policeman, who is a soldier in the Bihar Police himself, lodged an FIR at the Rajiv Nagar police station on Tuesday, after which the accused was arrested. In this case, the accused, the victim and the complainant are three soldiers in the Bihar Police. According to the information, for the past few days, the female policeman was giving duty at the Sepoy Restoration Center in Gardnibagh, Patna. In the evening, accused Rajiv Kumar called the woman policeman to a hotel under Rajiv Nagar police station and carried out the rape incident. It is being told that the accused and the victim have known each other for a long time.
When the woman's husband came to know about his wife being with the accused soldier, he went to the Rajiv Nagar police station and lodged an FIR. Seeing the seriousness of the case, the police also took immediate action and raided the hotel located in Rajiv Nagar and arrested the accused. However, the victim has not yet filed any FIR in this entire case. The victim was sent for a medical test on Tuesday.
