Waiting for migrant workers end, government approves special trains

Due to the nationwide lockdown, there is big news for people trapped in different states. The central government has given permission for them to run 6 laborers special trains. It was decided in the meeting held on Friday at the Prime Minister's residence. Apart from PM Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal, Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat, Cabinet Secretary Rajiv Gauba and PM Principal Secretary PK Mishra attended this meeting.

Chance of rain and hail at these places

After the meeting, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal tweeted that thanks to PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah for allowing the citizens stranded in various parts of the country to be sent by the railways due to the lockdown. Railways will ensure that people who are away from home reach their destination by running 'Shramik Special Train'. Today, the major routes on which workers have decided to run special trains are Lingampalli to Hatia, Aluva to Bhubaneswar, Nashik to Lucknow, Nashik to Bhopal, Jaipur to Patna and Kota to Hatia.

After this, the Ministry of Railways has issued instructions for all its zones. They have been asked to find out their demand from the states. If everything goes well then many more special trains can be started today. Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh have given permission to bring their workers from Maharashtra. Although Bihar has not yet given consent.
