New Delhi: Heavy rain in the national capital Delhi on Saturday morning has caused waterlogging in many areas. On the other hand, the weather in Delhi and NCR has taken a turn for the worse due to the impact of western disturbances . Meanwhile, most parts of Delhi have been receiving rain since midnight.
